Private Event Terms and Conditions

Thanks for considering Pop ‘N’ Paint for your private event. Our painting parties are always memorable; great for birthdays, showers, bachelorette’s, Girls Night Out, corporate gatherings and team-building events, or simply a fun night out!

Please read below to learn about our pricing and policies.

Deposits

Private parties are booked by placing a non-refundable deposit to secure the desired date and time, after availability is confirmed by the studio. Please note that private parties book quickly, especially on the weekends, so please try and schedule as far in advance as possible to ensure your desired time slot is available.

 

 


ADULT PARTIES

+Minimum of 12 paid seats [parties of fewer than 10 guests are permissible, but the minimum 12 seats must be purchased]. For smaller events, we do have a Small Group Pricing flat fee of $420 for a group of 2-9 painters

+Choice of: any painting in our extensive library.

+Your own experienced and talented artist

+$40 per person for a 2-hour class and $50 per person for a 3-hour class
Children’s packages are $32 for ages 5-9; $35 for ages 10-15.

+We provide disposable plastic aprons, musical ambiance, canvases, easels, and all art materials needed.

+Please encourage your guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party’s start time to settle in with a drink and a snack. Private parties that start late (30 minutes or longer) may be subject to a late fee of $75.00 per 30 minutes, or you can request more time beforehand to extend your party!

**Please do not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes to allow our staff to properly set up for your party**

+Party duration may also be extended at the price of $75 for an additional 30 minutes

 

 


FOR ALL PRIVATE PARTIES

Painting Selection: Private/corporate parties have their choice of painting selection! Please view our Art Vault [click here] but we do need to have your selection 2 weeks prior to your party. If we don’t have your choice by that time, your artist may not be able to paint your desired selection and we reserve the right to choose the selection for you. This method ensures your artist is familiar with the painting, knows how to paint and instruct it.

Cancellation Policy: While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our private party cancellation policy is in place to protect the professional artists who are booked specifically for your party. For this reason, there are no refunds on deposits, but you are free to rescheduled your date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the desired party date will not be eligible for either refund or rescheduling.

Gratuity: If you would like to show the artists your gratitude for extraordinary customer service, we can charge those with your card, but cash is preferable.
