Cancelation And Refund Policy

At AMAS, we strive to provide extraordinary services. If you are not satisfied with our work you can request a cancellation of services at any time. To terminate services, send a request through our website contact form. Upon timely receipt of the completed form, AMAS will begin shutting down and/or closing out of all platforms maintained by AMAS .

All requests for cancellation must be received within 30 days of the termination of your request. If proper request is not given in the time specified, Client must agree to pay all service and processing fees on package amounts before closing account. Service and processing fees may include, but are not exclusive to, subscription services and/or third party contract management. All work and/or “creations” that are part of any service bundle package are non-refundable whether or not you requested alterations.

Clients always have the option to build their platforms on AMAS hosted networks to increase their exposure and visibility. If full payment is not made before date of service termination, AMAS will retain ownership of platforms hosted on AMAS networks (ie; websites, social networks, e-commerce stores, and all other digital or terrestrial platforms hosted by AMAS user accounts) until full payment is made.

 

Graphic Design

If you are not satisfied with the initial graphic design concepts provided by AMAS, you may request to have a ‘re-draw’ of a brand new set of designs. Alternatively, you may cancel your Service at any time during the initial concepts or “brainstorming” phase of the design given you have not requested any alterations. There is no refund if your project moves to or passed round two of design alterations (clients are given  up to 3 rounds of alterations).

To request a refund, send a request through our website contact form. Upon timely receipt of the completed form, AMAS will refund the total payment made by you on the design purchased. All requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of the approval of your request.  AMAS will refund the total payment made by you, less a service and processing fee of 20% on graphic design whereas in case of a website, if the website is in the development phase the 40% design cost will be deducted from the package amount processed for refund.. Designs that are part of any service bundle package is non-refundable whether or not you requested alterations.

In finalizing one part of your order, the customer won’t be eligible for a refund for the rest of the remaining Service bundle or package.

You shall forfeit the right to the refund if you request any revisions (1 or more design changes regardless of the complexity), modifications to any of the initial concepts or a set of replacement concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from us.

We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 Days but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also if the client is non-responsive for more than 60 Days then the client has to pay an extra caution fee i.e. $150 for re-initiating the project.

There are no refunds for any rush service charges. 24 hour design fees and 24 hour rush changes are non-refundable.

No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. If the party for which the artwork was being designed closes, changes its name, or changes its field of business.

All refunds are issued within thirty business days from the day that the Refund Request was received. You agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related Responses.

Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related Responses. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any Response or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

NOTE: AMAS will not store backup copies of your original artwork files or the application sessions used to create them once your service is complete, or if you should you choose to cancel services. AMAS holds no liability on storing clients work after termination of services.

Printing Services

Printing fees are 100% non-refundable if printing cycles have begun. If a printing fee refund is requested prior to the commencement of printing cycles, a full refund of printing fees, less a $50 processing fee will be issued.

 

Non-refundable Services:

The following payments are not refundable.

* Payments made for Service Bundles/ Sale Packages
* Payments made for Website Maintenance

 

Rush Work

The Client shall pay a surcharge for any services requiring work to be performed outside of normal working hours by reason of unusual deadlines or as a consequence of the Client not meeting scheduled times for delivery of information, materials, or approvals.

The surcharge for rush work shall be your Service rates plus 50%.

Normal working hours for this Project are as follows: 9am – 5pm est

 

Pricing

All clients receive a unique proposal and contract based upon the specific needs they have for their project. Each project has a detailed service agreement/ invoice that the Client receives by email before work starts,

 

Initiation of Agreed-to Service

AMAS will initiate work on the agreed-to scope of services only after the initial payment has been received and has cleared our bank account.

 

Revisions and Additions

A fixed fee or fee estimated not to exceed a specified amount is based upon the time estimated to complete the services specified in this Agreement during normal working hours. Any revisions or additions to the services described in this Agreement shall be billed as additional services not included in any fixed fee or estimated fee specified above.

Such additional services shall include, but shall not be limited to, changes in the extent of work, changes in the complexity of any elements of the Project, and any changes made after approval has been given for a specific stage of design, documentation, preparation of artwork or creation or implementation of web developer tools.

AMAS shall keep the Client informed of additional services that are required and shall request the Client’s approval for any additional services which cause the total fees, exclusive of any surcharge for rush work, to exceed the fixed or estimated fees set forth in the Fees section of your agreement.

Legal Rights Agreement

All the rights of approved final logo design, web design, or graphic design AMAS has created and designed for a specific client belong to the Client for which it was designed. AMAS does not hold any rights to the final approved design created for a Client.

AMAS does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos, web design, or graphic design created for its Client. The Client is free to register as a trademark the final approved logo design created for them.

In the event that payment for any logo design is not made in accordance with the payment policies of AMAS, then all of Client’s rights in and to the logo design, web design, or graphic design created for it, including any trademark property, will immediately revert back to AMAS.
